1. On the Nova Poshta site

Go to the site https://novaposhta.ua and enter the number of the transport waybill received in the letter or in the personal office of the store in the field "Track"

2. In the "Nova Poshta" application

You can download new mail from the App Store or from Google Play. In the application select the menu "My shipments", then click on + in the upper right corner of the screen, select the option to track and enter the number of the bill of lading.Also, you will definitely get an SMS message when the order is delivered to the selected branch of the Nova Poshta.Please note that in case of worsening weather conditions the delivery time of the order can be increased.
